Blood Pressure Calculator: Check Your BP Instantly 2026
High blood pressure (hypertension) is a silent killer in Pakistan. You don't even know it's there, and it keeps damaging your heart, brain, and kidneys. That's why doctors say you should check your BP regularly. But going to the doctor every time isn't possible. That's why we built this Blood Pressure Calculator so you can understand your BP reading from home.
What is BP?
BP (Blood Pressure) has two numbers:
- Systolic (Upper): When the heart beats and pumps blood into the arteries.
- Diastolic (Lower): When the heart rests between beats.
Normal BP is 120/80 mmHg. If it goes up, it's called High BP. If it goes down, it's called Low BP.

- Headache (especially in the morning)
- Dizziness

If you have these symptoms, see a doctor immediately. The BP Calculator is only for guidance, not a replacement for a doctor.
